boxing concepts.

The classes insure a healthy workout combining strength training with some
aerobics.  If you want to learn a new way of working out that is not overly
complicated this is the class for you.

The classes are serious enough to get the job done but also taught in a relaxed
atmosphere.  The goal is to teach proper boxing techniques while trimming and
strengthening your body.  

The classes are $5.00 pay at the door with no commitment.

The recommended age for boxing classes are 12 to 60.

Class times Monday and Wednesday 5:15PM to 6:15PM.
