ZUMBA Classes

ZUMBA classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30PM to 7:30PM.  All classes are beginner to
intermediate.

ZUMBA can be high or low impact depending on how much effort you place behind the movements.

ZUMBA also has a small learning curve.  You should expect to attend a few classes before getting the
hang of it.

The ZUMBA class is popular and usually draws about 15 to 25 participants no preregistration is
necessary at this time. Just show up ten minutes early for initial registration.

All ZUMBA classes are taught by certified ZUMBA instructors.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30PM with Roger Munchak.
